From warehouse to your door — follow every step of your delivery in real time.

Where Is My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.

Dispatch times: Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Track via Royal Mail or DPD

Depending on your location and order size, your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. Your dispatch email will confirm which carrier is handling your delivery.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Order Processing

Our team picks and packs your panels carefully. This takes 1–2 working days.

Dispatched

Your parcel is with the carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email.

Out for Delivery

Your order is on its way. Most carriers provide a 1-hour delivery window on the day.

Delivered

Your panels have arrived. Enjoy your installation — and your new wall.
