We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Your Right to Return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days as standard.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging, undamaged
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items We Cannot Accept Back
- Items that have been installed, cut, modified or used
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior agreement
- Custom or personalised orders
How to Return an Item
Email hello@ashworthwalls.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Please use the original packaging where possible. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit during the return journey.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at hello@ashworthwalls.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. You will not be asked to pay anything.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one as a priority, at no extra cost.
Refund Timescales
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional days before the refund appears in your account
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item
