Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when we deliver — before you place your order.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are based outside the UK and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at hello@ashworthwalls.co.uk.

Delivery costs and timescales are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. You will never be charged more than displayed.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, we will send you a tracking link by email. We use Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries — your dispatch email will confirm which carrier is handling your order. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.


Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive a delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional delivery charge may apply.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at hello@ashworthwalls.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
