2. Orders & Contract

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract between you and Ashworth is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

3. Product Information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions and images are accurate. However, as many of our products use natural materials, there may be slight variations in colour, grain and texture between individual items. These variations are a characteristic of natural materials, not a defect.

If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are correct at the time of display and are subject to change without notice. We are not obliged to fulfil orders placed at incorrect prices in the event of a genuine error.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we do not store card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events or customs procedures.

Our returns and refunds process is set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
